Health coaching is about supporting you with your health and lifestyle goals by coming up with easy, integrative action steps that are personalized for you to sustain lasting changes. Change can be a scary thing, but having someone who listens, understands, and motivates you can make a big difference.

What are the details to your coaching program?
The Coaching Program
- 3 – 6 months, two (2) sessions per month
- 50 minute sessions, in-person or by phone
- Nature walk, health food store tour
- Free e-mail support in between sessions
- Worksheets, handouts, and free giveaways
