foodMy diet is based on the concept of bio-individuality . I have learned about and tried many different diets, such as the Atkins, Paleo, high-carbohydrate, Traditional, and most recently, Macrobiotic diet. I’ve also went on an Apple fast for a day and a traditional fast (no food) on another day. I went from eating 3 meals a day to 4-6 meals a day, and now back to 3 meals a day. Continue reading
